Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Cloud (the "Service"), operated by SUDO, a DBA of Gravitas Digital LLC ("SUDO," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AI Cloud is a multi-model AI platform. It lets you run AI helpers on open-source models hosted by SUDO ("Protected") or, where you connect your own provider API keys, on third-party models such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google ("External"). Features, models, and limits may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in access secure; notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Plans include a monthly usage allowance; usage beyond your plan's allowance may be limited until the next period or until you upgrade.
4. Your content and helpers
You retain all rights to the content you submit (prompts, documents, and helper configurations you create). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train any model. The SUDO platform, software, and built-in agents remain our property.
5. Bring-your-own keys
If you connect your own third-party provider API keys, your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for their charges. When a request is External, your prompt is sent to that provider. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. AI output is not professional advice
The Service produces AI-generated output that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Output is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and determining the suitability of any output before relying on or acting on it. SUDO does not guarantee the accuracy of any output.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, attempt to breach security or access other tenants' data, or generate unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUDO and Gravitas Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
